Power & Torque: The SLIP-ON system offers a performance increase throughout the entire rpm range. At 12450 rpm we measured 168.9 HP. The situation for the torque curve is similar, with the best results coming in the middle of the range around 4000 rpm, where the dropout in the stock curve is filled.

The Akrapovic SLIP-ON exhaust system is designed for riders who do not want to make expensive and difficult modifications to their stock exhaust system. However, the Hexagonal muffler delivers great looks as well as increased performance for the sporty Honda. The Akrapovic Slip-On system comes in open and street-legal versions.
Power & Torque: the exhaust system modification with the SLIP-ON system results in a major boost in performance, delivering a massive 112.1 HP at 14160 rpm on back wheel. But the increased power isn’t available just at the top of the range; the system shows its quality already from 5000 rpm up through entire rpm range. Max. increased power between the Akrapovic and the stock system is 3 HP at 13630 rpm. Besides this, the torque is substantially higher in a lower rpm area at 4800 rpm and from middle to high rpm area.

Despite the fact that the Akrapovic SLIP-ON is a partial system and that it is a first-level exhaust system tuning component, it provides a major performance improvement for the Suzuki. The system is designed for riders who are looking for a combination of performance, quality, simple installation and affordability.
